Preschool Teacher Assistant Jobs in Marshfield, WI at Wood County Head Start, Inc.
♦The primary responsibility of a Classroom Teacher Assistant is to work with children that may have special needs within the classroom and assist with various classroom duties.
♦Experience with 3-5 year old children is preferred. Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development Associate (CDA), or Early Childhood Course I and II are preferred or a high school diploma with six months work or volunteer experience with young children is required, Head Start experience is preferred.
♦This position is for 5 hours Monday and 8 hours per day, Tuesday – Friday, with for approximately 9 ½ months/year. Wage is $14.70-$16.81 per hour depending on training and experience.
♦Wood County Head Start promotes further educating our staff with monthly trainings as well as provides a tuition reimbursement option for dedicated staff.
