Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Premium Administration role located in Pretoria at Pure Hearts Funeral Catering. The Premium Administrator will be responsible for coordinating catering services, managing client inquiries and bookings, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in event planning and coordination
Knowledge of catering services and food preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
