Cape Town, Western Cape
TP-Link South Africa is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Cape Town.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong networking professional who enjoys designing solutions, supporting customers, delivering training, and working alongside a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design networking and surveillance (CCTV) solutions
✅ Provide technical support to distributors, resellers and end-users
✅ Deliver product training and technical presentations
✅ Support the sales team with solution design and customer engagements
✅ Troubleshoot networking and surveillance solutions remotely and on-site
✅ Configure and support internal IT infrastructure where required
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Strong networking knowledge (Switching, Routing & Wireless)
✔ Experience with CCTV and surveillance solutions
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Hands-on troubleshooting and solution design experience
✔ A passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service
Experience with brands such as TP-Link, Omada, VIGI, Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Aruba, Huawei or similar networking technologies will be highly advantageous.
