  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Actively participate in community and networking initiatives to promote the dealership.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery process of sold vehicles, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Complete all sales administration accurately and timeously, including:
    • Loading quotations
    • Trade‑in evaluations
    • Preparing and completing deal files
  • Maintain a professional image at all times and adhere to the expected NTT service standards.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall dealership objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous vehicle sales experience within a franchised motor dealership.
  • Valid driver’s licence with no endorsements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with strong online marketing abilities.
  • Well‑presented and customer‑focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
