Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations and arrange vehicle demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Promote vehicles and dealership products through displays, events, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Actively participate in community and networking initiatives to promote the dealership.
- Manage the preparation and delivery process of sold vehicles, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Complete all sales administration accurately and timeously, including:
- Loading quotations
- Trade‑in evaluations
- Preparing and completing deal files
- Maintain a professional image at all times and adhere to the expected NTT service standards.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall dealership objectives.
Requirements
- Previous vehicle sales experience within a franchised motor dealership.
- Valid driver’s licence with no endorsements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with strong online marketing abilities.
- Well‑presented and customer‑focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
