Job description:
PSG has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Practice Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining our internal operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow between advisory, planning, and support teams
Manage the scheduling and allocation of client reviews across the practice
Act as the liaison with product providers and ensure smooth onboarding and servicing processes
Maintain and report on key business metrics and operational statistics
Track and monitor new business submissions and ensure timely completion
Maintain HR records and assist with general office and facilities management
Support the leadership team with operational implementation of strategic initiatives
Coordinate all administrative processes
Ensure the efficient co-ordination and planning of client functions
Ad-hoc and special projects
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
6+ years of relevant working experience within the financial services industry
Computer literacy (MS Office & MS Excel)
