Full Job Description
· Operational / Team and Personnel management including liaising with HR for recruitment
· Head of administration
· Deal with general client amendments and queries
· Coordinate all administrative processes in the different Departments
· Dairy management
· Ad-hoc and special projects
· Relationship Management in conjunction with clients and service providers
· Ensure compliance with fit and proper liquidity requirements
· Assess accuracy of monthly processing
· Preparation and distribution of executive reports to various stakeholders, this includes monthly and quarterly feedback.
· Suggest, develop and manage improvement strategies.
· Commission calculations, reconciliations, reporting and administration
· Compensation planning and administration
· Risk assessment, management and mitigation
· Succession and business contingency planning
· Infrastructure and IT maintenance
· Project management
Minimum requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 6+ years of relevant working experience within the financial services industry
· Computer literacy (MS Office & MS Excel)
· Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
· Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
Advantageous:
· Completed Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
· Completed or study towards Certified Financial Planning (CFP)
