RDF&P is hiring a Powder Coater to join our team in Joseph, Oregon. This position is responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting metal products. No powder coating experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. The position will start on day shift, but will move to swing shift in the future.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating
- Apply powder coat finishes to meet quality standards
- Load and unload parts from the coating line
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and production schedules
Qualifications
- No experience required, training provided
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Manufacturing or painting experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexibility on hours worked – swing shift required.
