Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Johannesburg.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of sectional title residential buildings, managing trustee and client relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance property performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of sectional title schemes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trustees and stakeholders
- Conduct financial analysis and budget reviews
- Oversee debtors management and collections
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers
- Handle insurance claims and related processes
- Attend and chair AGMs and SGMs
- Manage CSOS matters and ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure properties operate efficiently and meet performance targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar portfolio management role
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Paddocks in Sectional Title (or relevant experience)
- Knowledge of local property regulations and market trends (advantageous)
- Proficiency in property management software (WeConnectU preferred)
