We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members and are responsible for directing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as assigned.

Duties
Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
Train and coach the team.
Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant operations effectively each shift.
Maintain a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations and set an example for the team.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any violations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
Position Requirements
0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting.
