Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor and adjust water chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals responsibly to maintain optimal pool chemistry balance.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Operate personal vehicles safely to transport tools, supplies, and equipment between job sites.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and outdoor work conditions to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. We value a strong work ethic and the right attitude just as much as experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques.
- Knowledge of pool plumbing systems, equipment repair, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients regarding pool conditions or repairs.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating a vehicle responsibly.

Pay: $26.00 – $42.00 per hour
