Senior Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper
- Overview:
Aquifer Pool Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our family-owned, locally operated team!
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain a regular route of residential swimming pools.
- Test pool water and properly balance chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, salt, and other chemicals as needed.
- Skim pools, brush walls and tile, vacuum pools, and remove debris.
- Empty and clean skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and pool equipment areas.
- Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, valves, timers, and other pool equipment for proper operation.
- Clean and maintain filters according to service requirements.
- Perform routine equipment checks and identify potential problems before they become major repairs.
- Maintain pools so they remain clean, clear, sanitary, and properly balanced.
- Document each service visit accurately using the company’s Pool Brain pool-service software.
- Take appropriate photographs and notes when equipment or pool conditions require attention.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers when questions or issues arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and ensure chemicals, tools, and equipment are properly stocked.
- Follow all company procedures for chemical handling, personal protective equipment, vehicle safety, and workplace safety.
- Complete assigned route stops efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at every customer location.
- Perform other routine pool-maintenance duties as assigned.Compensation:
- $55,000-$75,000 a year

Qualifications:
- Strong command of English (Spanish is a plus)
- Must be outgoing, personable, and professional
- At least 1 year of work experience in the same job or similars
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
Compensation:
- $21.00/hour rate after initial training
- W2 employee
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday,8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, may occasionally need to work a weekend day

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
