The Key Purpose of this role is to provide analytical and operational support for the execution of strategic initiatives across the Africa zone, enabling data driven decision-making and effective project tracking.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the tracking and monitoring of CEO-led project execution.
- Maintain and update project dashboards and reports.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth communication and execution across teams.
- Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
- Update and manage project tracking tools to ensure accurate reflection of progress and deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership.
- Collect & analyse data from op units & functions.
- Support governance routines, including the preparation of meeting materials & logistics.
- Document key project outcomes, risks and lessons learned.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or project support roles
- Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
