Schedule/Shift: 6:00AM-3:30PM- 1st shift with OT

Summary:
Seeking motivated Plastic Welders to join a growing team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are interested in learning the fundamentals of plastic fabrication through hands-on training.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and assemble plastic components according to specifications
- Operate machinery used for plastic fabrication processes
- Read and follow work instructions and basic drawings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is a plus
