Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall plant operations, ensuring performance targets and operational standards are achieved.
- Lead and develop teams, driving engagement, capability building, and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate key functions including production, technical, logistics, and quality.
- Ensure efficient daily operations across production output, material flows, and product quality.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
- Track and improve key operational KPIs, promoting efficiency and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Act as a representative towards external stakeholders when required.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Plant Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of WCM standards and ERP systems.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and HSE best practices.
- Fluent in English.
