Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements
– Use hand-held scanners and other equipment to ensure accurate inventory management
– Inspect products for any damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor
– Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment
– Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries
– Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed
– Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
– Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
– Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
– Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime as needed
