Role Responsibilities
- Create complex, evidence-based medical question–answer pairs for AI training.
- Research and synthesize information from reliable medical sources.
- Provide detailed, source-backed explanations for all answers.
- Identify gaps in AI medical reasoning and design questions to address them.
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to improve model performance.
- Communicate medical concepts clearly in multiple languages.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least two languages with strong medical terminology proficiency.
- Experience in clinical practice, medical research, or academic medicine.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills for complex problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and evidence-based outputs.
