Manage cross-functional relationships (e.g., with Prescribers, Suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office)
Resolve escalated operational issues
Budget management
LEADERSHIP
Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants
Motivate and discipline the team
