Ridd Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to service the Beaufort , SC and surrounding area’s. Experience preferred, but not required. Paid training provided.

Duties:
– Perform pest control treatments and Sentricon installations at Residential properties as well as Commercial properties throughout the Hampton Roads area.
– Inspect premises for signs of pests and determine the appropriate treatment method
– Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines
– Identify and eliminate pest breeding grounds and entry points
-The ability to problem solve and upsell needed services to new and existing customers.
– Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest infestations
– Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used along with managing and taking care of the Company issued vehicle.
***UPSELLS ARE VITAL TO THIS ROLE AS WELL AS CUSTOMER RETENTION
***NO ATTICS OR CRAWLSPACES
***EARN PRODUCTION BONUSES every 2 weeks that increases per hour rate
***25% COMMISSION ON SALES (UNCAPPED)
***QUALIFY FOR MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUSES
***OVERTIME AVAILABLE (at your choosing)
***SERVICE TECHNICIANS (8AM-5:30PM (most days earlier/some days later) MON-FRI
***SATURDAYS AS NEEDED OR FOR MAKE UP DAYS
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in pest control with a current certification license is NOT required but recommended
– Knowledge of farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 – $44,000.00 per year
