What You Can Expect at Paladin
You will work in a company that values doing things the right way. We do not use contracts to trap customers. We do not pressure technicians to upsell. We prioritize service quality, ethical practices, and work life balance.
You’ll typically work Monday through Friday. During the summer, you’ll be scheduled to work two Saturdays each month, and one Saturday per month during the rest of the year. Whenever you work a Saturday, you’ll enjoy the following Monday off.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services
- Apply treatments safely and according to regulations
- Educate customers on pest issues and prevention
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and office staff
- Manage your route with consistency and care Represent Paladin Pest Control with professionalism and integrity

Requirements
- Active pest control license (required)
- Active termite license (preferred)
- Spanish speaking ability (plus but not required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently
