A well-established Insurance Brokerage in Pretoria East is looking for a
Personal Lines Claims Administrator
to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be required to liaise with customers, insurance agents, assessors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and administer personal lines insurance claims.
Collect and assess required documentation.
Liaise with policyholders, adjusters, and service providers.
Provide clear, professional communication to customers.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate claim records and databases.
Requirements:
Matric
RE5
DOFA (Required)
Class of Business Qualification (Personal & Commercial) – Advantageous
Additional relevant qualifications (e.g., BA, BCom) – Beneficial
Experience in insurance claims administration preferred
Remuneration:
R17K- R22K (depending on experience and
education
)
