Role Responsibilities
- Review financial planning scenarios covering budgeting, debt, retirement, and savings strategies.
- Evaluate AI-generated financial advice for clarity, accuracy, and practical applicability.
- Provide structured guidance on client conversations, goal setting, and financial tradeoffs.
- Define actionable financial rules of thumb and decision frameworks for real-world use.
- Deliver clear, empathetic written feedback to improve AI-generated financial guidance.
- Identify compliance considerations and recommend appropriate escalation when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-assisted financial planning tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a financial planner or advisor serving mainstream households.
- Expertise in budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, and risk management.
- CFP® certification or equivalent financial planning credentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex topics.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Proven ability to apply structured financial planning processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
