Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel itineraries.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action points.
Email & Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
Task & Project Coordination: Track deadlines, assist in managing projects, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Creative & Design Tasks
Presentation Development: Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key ideas.
Graphic Design Support: Develop graphics, marketing materials, and internal documents using Adobe Suite, Canva, and other tools.
Document & Report Formatting: Ensure all reports, proposals, and documents align with branding and presentation standards.
Technology & Digital Competence
Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools.
Data Management: Maintain organized digital files, track key business data, and assist with report generation.
Tech Support Coordination: Liaise with IT teams for troubleshooting and ensure smooth digital workflow.
Communication & Coordination
Verbal & Written Communication: Maintain professionalism in all interactions, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners with a high level of discretion.
Follow-Up & Execution: Ensure assigned tasks and directives are executed within deadlines.
Office & Logistics Management
Resource Planning: Ensure the office runs efficiently by coordinating supplies and arranging logistics for key meetings or events.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:
A background in graphic design, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong working knowledge of Canva and other design tools.
Comfortable with CRM and project management software.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
