Logistics Genius – Ensuring packages, documents, executives’ personal administrative tasks and even executive gifts arrive exactly when and where they should.
Meeting Maestro – Following up on action items like a true professional.
Document Dynamo – Keeping records organised, accessible, and always up to date.
Liaison Legend – Acting as the go-to person between executives, departments, clients, and stakeholders.
Tag Team Partner – Collaborate closely with the MD’s Executive Assistant to ensure a seamless flow of information, coordinated schedules, and a unified approach to supporting the executive Together, you’ll be an unstoppable duo, keeping everything running smoothly.
