We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant.

This is a fast-paced role supporting senior directors across multiple businesses within the gaming and hospitality sectors. The successful candidate must be able to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with regulators, suppliers, landlords, legal representatives, and business partners.
  • Assist with Gambling Board compliance, regulatory submissions, and licence administration.
  • Track, maintain, and manage records across multiple businesses, ensuring all operational, compliance, and statutory reports are prepared accurately and submitted to Directors within required deadlines.
  • Maintain reporting schedules and follow up with managers and department heads to ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are received on time.
  • Monitor key deadlines, compliance requirements, renewals, and business milestones.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and executive documentation.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure action items are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support multiple businesses simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Executive Administrator.
  • Experience in the gambling industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Gambling Board compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience compiling management reports and tracking business deliverables will be highly advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
