Position Purpose
To ensure that the administrative burden placed on management is alleviated through preparation and checking of documentation that needs to be signed and approved, taking of minutes, diary management, and the management of travel and accommodation requirements. Direct liaison with stakeholders to finalise documentation and meeting arrangements

-Administer and support manager’s office by coordinating diary, travel arrangements, meetings, events, venues and parking requirements
-Draft accurate business communications, minutes, presentations and reports
-Maintain financial documentation and generate reports

-Escalation of non
-conformances/bottlenecks experienced to Leader when applicable
Qualification and Experience
3 – 5 years personal assistant experience
Matric, secretarial diploma

-Monthly Arc documents updated
-Monthly report submitted timeously
-Credit card recons checked before signing off and sent to finance on time
-SLA tracking for documents
-EERCO reports for HCAS
