Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by director.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records and databases for clients.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Communication tools: Be familiar with communication tools. Eg. Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
Customer Service: Provide support and assistance to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a personal assistant or relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements.
High school diploma (additional qualifications as a personal assistant are a plus).
Familiarity with Zoom and or other communication tools.
