PERSONAL ASSISTANT VACACY

African Eagle Waste Management is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our dynamic company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, understands effective filing systems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Head Office Kuruman, Northern Cape

Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Organizing and Maintaining filing systems
Managing the Director’s calendar and coordinating meetings
Handle business correspondence and general office tasks
Liaise with stakeholders and provide admin support
Maintain confidentiality and assist with ad-hoc requests

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required.

Grade 12 Certificate
Tertiary Certificate in Office Administration or related field would be advantageous.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office
Strong understanding of filing systems (physical and electronic)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Valid Driver’s License
