The People Systems Implementation & Projects Lead is responsible for managing and enabling the delivery of all People & Business Enablement (PBE) projects and initiatives across Sun International. The role provides structure, governance, and visibility across the PBE portfolio, ensuring that initiatives are clearly defined, prioritised, and executed in line with business objectives. It drives delivery discipline, supports leadership with accurate insights, and ensures accountability across Central Office and business units.
In addition, the role holds accountability for the implementation, stabilisation, and optimisation of People systems, ensuring that technology initiatives are successfully delivered and embedded as part of the broader PBE portfolio.
The role operates at an enterprise level, enabling delivery across People, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and sustainable outcomes.

- A strong HR background is essential to ensure people systems correctly support end‑to‑end P&BE processes, workforce requirements and employee experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience:
Essential
- 8-10+ years’ experience in people systems, enterprise project or programme delivery roles
- Proven track record leading large-scale HRIS or people system implementations
- Experience working across complex, multi-site or Group environments
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
