Responsible for the effective and efficient management of administrative and coordination activities across the People Business Partnering Team (People Experience, Corporate Functions, Rewards & People Shared Services, People Technology Enablement & Digital Solutions & Employee Relations).
Beyond core administrative support, this role plays an active part in enabling the delivery of team priorities by providing project coordination, supporting execution of key initiatives, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. The Team Assistant contributes to the smooth running of projects by tracking progress, coordinating deliverables, and helping teams stay organised and on schedule
What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to teams including document preparation, minute taking, and general correspondence.
- Proactively manage complex diaries and scheduling, ensuring optimal use of the PE, ER, Rewards and Corporate Functions Directors’ time across internal and external commitments.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements in line with organisational policies, ensuring seamless logistics and efficiency.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting packs, workshops, and events, including logistics and catering, to ensure effective engagement
- Support the execution of functional and cross-functional priorities by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide project coordination support across People Experience, Corporate Functions, Rewards & PSS, and Employee Relations & Technology Enablement & Digital solutions team, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of initiatives.
- Facilitate team and group requests by organising resources, managing timelines, and supporting the implementation of key actions.
- Manage reporting and maintain organised and accessible records and documentation to support ongoing deliverables, projects and business continuity.

Experience & Qualification
- Prior Administration / project management experience
- Skilled at managing competing priorities under pressure.
- Skilled at developing and managing multiple. stakeholders and their demands.
- Undergraduate Qualification
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent grammatical and editing capability
