Westfalia Fruit Product, situated in Tzaneen has a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced: P&C Administrator

Requirements

Purpose of the role:

To manage and support all P&C administrative processes including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, reporting, and performance management to ensure smooth operations and compliance within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases with precision and confidentiality.

Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job adverts, evaluating resumes, organizing interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation initiatives.

Facilitate payroll processing and benefits management.

Compile HR documentation, reports, and correspondence.

Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies and procedures.

Facilitate the organization of training sessions and development initiatives.

Guarantee adherence to labour regulations and organizational policies.

Facilitate performance management and staff engagement activities.

Oversee administrative responsibilities concerning leave, attendance, and personnel modifications

Education:

Matric

Post matric qualifications in HR or related

Experience

Minimum of 4 years in P&C administration within a large company

Proven experience as an P&C Administrator or in a similar P7C support role.

Knowledge of P&C practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
