Are you passionate about payroll, workforce compliance, and using data to solve complex business challenges? We are looking for a Global Workforce Analyst to join a growing international organisation supporting clients across multiple countries.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with payroll systems, HR technology, workforce analytics, and compliance, helping to ensure employees are paid accurately while maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions

About the Role

As the Global Workforce Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining workforce monitoring tools and payroll compliance processes. Rather than manually checking compliance, you’ll build and improve the systems and reporting that keep global workforces compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain workforce monitoring and payroll compliance systems.
  • Monitor working hours and identify potential compliance risks.
  • Build and maintain payroll logic relating to overtime, shift premiums, public holidays and grading.
  • Maintain workforce classifications and identify potential pay discrepancies.
  • Produce dashboards, reports and audit-ready compliance documentation.
  • Ensure workforce and payroll rules remain current across multiple countries.
  • Work closely with payroll, HR, operations, commercial and systems teams to improve processes.
  • Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement across workforce systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll, payroll systems, HR systems, workforce analytics or workforce compliance.
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to interpret payroll rules, labour legislation or collective bargaining agreements and translate them into system logic.
  • Experience working with global payroll or multi-country payroll environments.
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Business, Data Science, Law or a related field.

Advantageous

  • Experience within Employer of Record (EOR), labour leasing or staffing environments.
  • Exposure to international payroll and workforce compliance.
  • Experience with workforce management, contractor management or recruitment industries.
  • Python or automation experience would be beneficial.
