Payroll Administrator
Power Logic SA (Pty) Ltd requires the services of a professional, efficient and organised Payroll Administrator.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience on Sage VIP Payroll.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience in dealing with HR matters.
Must have knowledge of the Eco Time clocking system
Be fully conversant in the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the LRA.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational /time management skills, attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Be reliable, punctual and have contactable references.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of fortnightly wages on VIP Payroll for ±120 employees
Loading of new employees on VIP Payroll.
Termination of employees on VIP Payroll and processing of final salary.
Updating of all relevant HR and Payroll employee information on system.
Handle and resolve all payroll queries promptly and efficiently.
Responsible for completing UIF and Provident Fund forms when required.
Personnel Filing.
Processing administration and follow-up of all IOD Cases.
Resident in the Southern suburbs would be an advantage.
