Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll, new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
Manage retirement annuity, medical aid, and leave allocations.
Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA, and SARS requirements.
Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain employee records (physical & digital).
Prepare payroll reports, tax submissions (EMP
501, EMP
201), and audit documentation.
Draft employment-related documents (contracts, letters, terminations).
Handle UIF and tax directives for terminations and maternity leave.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to meet deadlines.
Stay updated on industry regulations and payroll best practices.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Experience in payroll administration with knowledge of SAGE 300.
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and HR policies.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
