Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator who is proficient in Sage VIP Premier to join our client based in Midrand. The ideal candidate must be deadline-driven, able to work well under pressure, and have solid experience with payroll processes and Excel functionalities.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing using VIP Premier

Perform batch imports and uploads for new employees

Generate and manage bank ACB files

Ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date

Utilize Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manage and analyze payroll data

Work efficiently to meet tight payroll deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience with Sage VIP Premier

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and VLOOKUP)

Ability to run and manage batch imports and uploads

Experience with generating ACB bank files

Excellent attention to detail

Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
