Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator for a leading manufacturing company based in Boksburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in using payroll software.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll on a regular basis for employees accurately and in a timely manner.

Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.

Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws.

Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management.

Assist with payroll tax filing and reporting.

Maintain and update payroll records.

Generate payroll reports as needed.

Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and laws.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.

Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.

Proficiency in using payroll software.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience with ADP or other payroll systems is a plus.

Education and Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional education or certification in payroll administration is a plus.
