We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join the Payroll team. The ideal candidate will be process-driven and capable of working quickly and accurately in a
fast-paced
setting, meeting all deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Payroll
Accsys People Ware experience
MS Excel intermediate
Time and Attendance software knowledge
More than 5 years experience in payroll for a big company
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle payroll for 1250+ employees.
Process timesheets.
Accurately calculate all payments and deductions (increases and leave payments)
Manage statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, WCA, garnishee orders, loans etc.)
Maintain payroll records.
Address employee pay queries.
Liaise with HR Department.
Ensure timely and proactive payroll management.
