Phone Screening & Follow-up:
Conduct phone screenings to assess eligibility and follow up through multiple channels (phone, email, text) to maximize successful contact. Appointment Scheduling & Reminders:
Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure a high attendance rate at clinical screenings. Guide & Support Patients:
Clearly explain study details, answer questions, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable moving forward.

Excel in

Have exceptional English fluency, a neutral or minimal accent, and outstanding listening skills. Have a Medical or Clinical Background:
Understand medical terminology and have experience in a healthcare setting (nursing,
clinical research
, patient coordination, etc.). Are Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Can manage multiple patients, appointments, and follow-ups with
