At C&M Field Services, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Expediter to join our parts and service team. In this vital role, you will coordinate the efficient flow of parts and accessories, ensuring timely sourcing, procurement, and delivery to support repair and maintenance operations. Your expertise in inventory management, supplier relations, and logistics will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Take direction from Service and Parts to follow a detailed, sometimes short notice route to pickup parts and materials to support day to day operations within the company.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage and timely shipping & receiving of parts and materials.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as service, sales, and parts to fulfill parts requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of pickup and drop off times daily
- Assist in warehouse projects/material stocking and cleaning/organization when not running pickup and delivery routes.
Skills
- Ability to follow direction and work by yourself without interruption
- Proficiency in directions and locations within Wasilla, Palmer and Anchorage
- Attention to detail on orders with what item needs to go where.
- Strong communication skills when working with other team members
- Problem solving skills when faced with delays, incorrect components and more.
