What Does the Job Require?
This is a full-time, customer-facing role that supports the Parts Department and Service Team by handling parts sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer questions.
You’ll be expected to:
- Greet every customer and help them find the parts, gear, or accessories they need
- Handle in-store sales transactions, manage your register, and process payments accurately
- Take phone calls, check parts availability, and assist customers with orders
- Assist service techs with ordering and receiving parts for repairs
- Maintain retail displays, signage, and the overall showroom appearance
- Stock and organize incoming inventory and perform regular counts
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates, verbally and via shop software
- Attend vendor trainings as assigned by your manager
This is an active job, there’s bending, lifting (up to 60 lbs), climbing ladders, and stocking shelves daily.

- Are dependable, clean, and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Can work the dealership’s schedule and show up on time, every time
- Take ownership of your station, your customers, and your results
What Work Schedule Is Required?
This is a full-time, on-site role during regular dealership hours. Weekends may be required based on volume and team coverage.

Work Location:
On-site at our highly rated and reviewed location. You’ll work closely with our Service Writers, Builders, Techs, and Sales Team to support both retail and repair needs.
Education / Skills / Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Retail sales or parts counter experience required
- Basic mechanical knowledge required (automotive or powersports)
- Able to stand, lift, bend, and stock inventory throughout the shift
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
