Role Purpose:

The Partner Specialist: Digital Infrastructure is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing strategic customer relationships within the telecommunications sector. The incumbent will focus on promoting and selling dark fibre, leasing solutions, open access network services, metro fibre to the building, and structured cabling solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets within the ISP and enterprise customer segments.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for dark fibre, open access networks, and metro fibre solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ISPs, carriers, and enterprise customers.

Prepare and present compelling business cases to customers, demonstrating the value proposition of the company’s solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions for customers.

Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements in fibre and network technologies.

Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Provide input into product development based on customer feedback and market needs.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with a focus on fibre and network solutions.

Strong knowledge of dark fibre, leasing solutions, open access networks, metro fibre to the building, and structured cabling.

Demonstrated ability to develop and present business cases.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and infrastructure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field is advantageous.
