Paint Touch-Up & Quality Control Technician Jobs in Hayden, ID at Coeur d’Alene Painting Group
Coeur d’Alene Painting Group is looking for an experienced, dependable, and highly detail-oriented Paint Touch-Up & Quality Control Technician to help us deliver a polished final product on every project.
This position focuses specifically on paint touch-ups and final detailing. You’ll visit projects near completion or following a walkthrough to address paint-related punch-list items and make sure our finished work meets CDA Painting Group’s quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Complete interior and exterior paint touch-ups
- Work through paint-related punch lists provided by Project Managers
- Correct missed areas, light spots, drips, uneven coverage, and other minor paint imperfections
- Touch up trim, walls, ceilings, siding, doors, and other previously painted surfaces
- Identify the correct paint, color, sheen, and product for touch-ups
- Inspect finished painting with a strong eye for detail
- Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate with Project Managers and office staff regarding completed work or additional concerns
- Take photos and document completed touch-ups
- Maintain an organized supply of touch-up materials
- Represent CDA Painting Group professionally while working in customers’ homes and businesses
This position does not include drywall repair or patch work.

- Dependable and able to follow through without constant supervision
- Comfortable using a phone/app to receive job information and document completed work
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
