What You’ll Do

As a Paid Media & Content Strategy Specialist, you’ll be responsible for scaling our reach, visibility, and lead generation across both paid and organic channels:

Develop and execute a hands-on paid media and content strategy for B2B growth (pharma/healthtech focus)

Create, publish, and manage organic content on LinkedIn (posts, visuals, updates)

Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube

Build targeted funnels for pharma Medical, Marketing, and Patient teams

Test messaging, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize engagement and conversion

Track and report on key metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, MQLs) and optimize accordingly

Collaborate with video, content, and sales teams to align messaging and targeting

What You Bring

Must-haves:

2–5 years of experience in B2B paid media and content strategy (pharma, healthtech, or SaaS is a plus)

Hands-on experience with launching and optimizing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads

Strong copywriting skills for both ads and organic posts

Comfortable analyzing performance data and making evidence-based decisions

Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in a remote-first environment

Familiar with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Buffer, or Hootsuite

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Clearbit, or similar tools

Background in pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare communication

Passion for visual storytelling and data-driven marketing
