Packer / Machine Operator – $16–$17/hr
Location: Batavia, IL
We are hiring Packer / Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Batavia. This is an easy-to-learn position with training provided. No previous experience is required!
Pay & Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $16.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.00/hr
- 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor a packing machine
- Pack finished products into boxes
- Inspect products for quality
- Prepare and stack boxes for shipment
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow safety and production procedures
Requirements
- Able to stand for a 12-hour shift
- Able to lift up to 15–20 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- No previous experience required – training provided
