Qualifications:
Relevant Diploma in Microbiology, Food Technology, or B Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Instrumentation or studying towards a relevant packaging qualification.
Knowledge of Quality,Food Safety, and Safety systems.
Experience:
3+ years ofhands-on experiencein a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise packaging staff and plant utilities.
Monitor production schedule to ensure weekly production targets are achieved.
Promote team interaction to assist withproblem-solvingacross all processes.
Lab interaction for product analysis, results, and product allocation.
