Schedule
Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm or Until the work is done. OR 3:30pm – 12:00am or Until the work is done *** Saturdays are required for business needs ***
RTE packaging:
The work is fast-paced and entails the opportunity to cut, package, label, and palletize various cooked meat products.
Cut Floor Packaging:
Process, package, label, and palletize various meat products.
Multivac Packaging:
The work is fast-paced and entails the opportunity to grind, package, label and palletize various raw meat products.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to work both independently and as a team.
- Mechanical aptitude for running a packaging machine
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to listen and follow directions.
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- The desire and ability to follow general food safety practices (GMPs, HACCP, and SQF system)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and understand instructions. Possess good eye-hand coordination and dexterity. This position is very active and requires standing (7+ hours), walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the shift. The use hands and arms frequently. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move items up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, 40-degree temperature, and wet floor. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Pay: $17.76 – $18.73 per hour
