We are looking for a persistent, personable communicator who is energized by outbound outreach — someone who can find the right person, write the message that gets a reply, and run a follow-up sequence without losing the thread. You will support our outreach efforts by driving the conversations and managing follow-ups to fuel our content credibility, link building, and partnerships.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Running link-building outreach — identifying prospects, pitching placements, and securing backlinks that strengthen our clients' authority.
- Sourcing subject-matter experts to contribute quotes, reviews, and credibility to our content.
- Managing influencer and marketing outreach, from first contact through to agreed collaboration.
- Conducting digital PR and partnership outreach, including co-marketing opportunities and brand-mention reclamation.
- Handling general outbound communications, including outreach to prospects, partners, and other relevant contacts.
- Building and maintaining outreach lists, tracking conversations, and managing follow-up sequences so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Documenting what works so that successful outreach becomes a repeatable system.
Key requirements and attributes required:
- Excellent written communication — you can write a cold message that actually gets opened and answered.
- Persistence and organization — you run structured follow-up and keep track of dozens of open conversations at once.
- A personable, relationship-first approach that builds trust quickly with strangers.
- Resourcefulness and initiative — when no one has told you how to find someone, you find the best way to do it.
- Comfort with outreach and CRM-style tools, and the willingness to learn ours quickly.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy with names, details, and records.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
