Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively manage a team with regards to:
Attendance
Meeting Targets
Time Keeping
Talk Time
Productivity
Compliance
Attrition
We need a Team Leader who can:
Motivation of the team
Promote diversity within the team
Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries
Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
Report any IT related issue to the campaign manager
Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements
Coaching and performance management of team members
Minimum Requirements
+1 years Sales Team Leader experience required
Matric – certificate must be presented for validation
Must be able to be added to Rep Register
No Criminal Record
Desirable:
RE / FAIS desirable
Previous experience working with insurance products an added advantage
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Salary:
Market related
