We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to pioneer our direct sales outreach efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be the foundational member of a new sales function within the company. You will be responsible for contacting individuals who have shown initial interest in our various Nutra and e-commerce products (e.g., incomplete web forms, abandoned shopping carts) and converting these partial leads into completed, paid sales. You’ll work remotely, managing a high volume of outbound calls, and will play a key role in refining our sales process and scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Proactively make a high volume of outbound calls daily to partial leads across various product offers.

●     Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to convert leads into paying customers.

●     Initially follow provided guidance and scripts, while actively contributing feedback and insights to help develop and refine future sales scripts and processes.

●     Handle customer questions and overcome objections with skill and professionalism.

●     Accurately record call activity, lead status, and sales outcomes using basic data entry methods.

●     Potentially send follow-up emails to nurture leads or confirm sales.

●     Meet and exceed performance targets related to call volume and successful sales conversions.

●     Operate effectively and independently in a fully remote work environment.

Required Qualifications:

●     Excellent spoken English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

●     Strong persuasive and active listening skills.

●     Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude, especially when facing rejection.

●     Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and coachable.

●     Basic computer literacy, comfortable with data entry and potentially email.

●     Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during standard EST business hours.

●     A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for making professional calls.

Preferred Qualifications:

●     Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar call center environment.

●     Experience selling Nutra or e-commerce products.

●     Familiarity with CRM or dialer software (though specific platform TBD).
