Outbound Sales Agent – Debt Counselling (On-site | Northcliff, Gauteng)
Location: Northcliff, Gauteng (100% On-Site)
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30 | Alternate Saturdays 09:00–13:00
Salary: Basic R4 500 + Uncapped Commission (Typical Take-Home R9 500+ for target-hitters)
Start Date: Immediate | 3 Positions Available

What You’ll Do:
Conduct outbound sales calls to educate and sign clients up for our debt review services
Work from pre-qualified leads (real hustle required)
Close deals while maintaining professional, compliant call etiquette
Hit and exceed performance benchmarks to unlock uncapped commission
What You’ll Need:
Must-Haves:
1+ year experience in outbound call centre sales (cold calling essential)
Clear criminal record
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Computer literate and quick to adapt to new systems
Resilient, target-driven, and professional on calls
Nice-to-Haves:
Debt review industry experience
Insurance or other financial services sales background

You’ve had frequent job changes without valid reasons
You have a history of unreliable attendance
You lack outbound calling experience in a high-pressure target-based environment
