Job Title: Outbound Sales Administrator
Join Our Dynamic Team!
We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Outbound Sales Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding existing customers to our new online platform, helping them understand its benefits and supporting them through their first online transactions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Making weekly outbound calls to existing sales contacts
Introducing customers to our new online platform in a friendly, supportive manner
Assisting with account setup and encouraging first orders
Gathering customer feedback and identifying any challenges they may face
Offering opportunities for further engagement with our sales team
Logging conversations, updating reports, and helping develop an FAQ based on real customer inquiries

Key Objectives & Results:
Smoothly onboard existing customers to the platform
Ensure customers understand and feel confident using the platform
Begin outreach to new customers after onboarding phase is complete

Number of weekly calls
New account setups per month
First orders placed per month
